Then I found this book and it could give me some inside or at least tell me the behaviour was real. Nothing worse as an entrepreneur to react on false intuition.

While reading the book, I found out it was not any other book I had read before. It was some kind of Auto-biography at the same time a book about research and giving tips and ideas. Very interesting.

While reading more, I found out Mr Richard H Thaler received the Nobel prize for economics. (4 days after I started reading the book).

The book contains many stories about the steps he took to become the behavioural economist he is today and those stories make your mind work. It is that missing piece in my mind, for me it was the explanation why some things doesn’t work out like I learn while in University. ( Yes I had to earn the traditional economic theories).

This book will change the way I do business, this book will guide my company to the bigger success as it helped me to understand the reason why my partners and future partners reacted in a certain way. They are humans and not econs!!!!

This phrase is easy to say, how to implement behavioural economic ideas is a different task. The book is in an odd and humorous way, using stories and examples your mind goes into overdrive, that is when you are a human open to success.

The way how Richard H Tayler explains the “classical theory of economics” is wrong will make you laugh and you will enter the revolution of different thinking and be successful.

When you decide not to read this book, you better stop being an entrepreneur and when you already embraced behavioural economics, have a seat, a drink and listen to the founder!
