A rant that goes nowhere

I had been struggling with my creative block for a couple of years, and during mid 2022, I decided to channel my creative energy into podcasting. After getting bored with the app, I decided to try something fresh. The best option I had was to continue writing letters on an app called ‘Slowly’.

The handwritten letters can never be replaced, but the intent can be utilised to expand the means of communication, in this fast paced era. I don’t consider myself a conventional writer, as I don’t read much and lack a discipline to work on my craft.

Being brought up in a privileged family has contributed in making me non-ambitious. I don’t blame my parents for giving birth to a black sheep, but being an artist, this atrocity comes with the package.

I am not afraid of death, but I am concerned about living without a purpose. The last decade of my life vanished in this air, as I curiously experimented with sex, drugs and some spiritual concepts. The reiki, chanting, intellectual games and the transcendental meditation took me for a brief trip, but the plane eventually crashed.
