Hey, isn’t Tits ‘n Ass what most erotic writing is all about? And big dicks?

Like eating potatoes every day of your life but always with a different sauce? Caramelized onions with a touch of garlic, a pinch of chili, salt and pepper is my go-to. That’s how I like sex, too. And it’s not just metaphoric.

Erotica inserts itself into almost every one of my novels and a lot of my short stories are rooted in the genre. I’m not talking smut here. I don’t provide blow-by-blow descriptions and not every steamy vignette terminates in a cum-shot. I consider myself a serious writer although I’ve yet to hook up with any serious publisher, but that’s another topic. In case you’re are out there, here’s a taste:

I’ve tried serializing some of my novels on Illumination Book Chapters with somewhat mixed results. I’m sticking with it because these things take time to develop momentum and editors on that pub are supportive. Some even mentor fledgling writers. I noticed that each successive book I serialize generates more reads than the previous one, and I’m gradually building followers. All told, I’ve gleaned more income from serialization on Medium than by offering the same material as ebooks on Amazon KDP or Smashwords.

Monetizing erotica isn’t so easy as flaunting your booty on OnlyFans or public masturbation on Chaturbate, Bonga Cams, and any number of other platforms popping up like a crop of bad weeds in Mother Fletcher’s rose garden.
